During the Cultural Week in our school, the boys and girls of 1st and 2nd ESO, together with our Art and Science teacher and our English teacher, organized a workshop about the universe. We did some research about the solar system, its planets, the sun and the moon, black holes, satellites… both in English and Spanish and we created beautiful art works with different materials. When we finished, we presented our projects in English to the rest of our class mates and finally exhibited them in different places around the school so that the little children and the rest of the students and teachers could enjoy them too.

We learnt a lot and, above all, we had lots and lots of fun together discovering our universe.

PURÍSIMA CONCEPCIÓN SCHOOL, SANTANDER

Durante la Semana Cultural de nuestro cole, los chicos y chicas de 1º y 2º de ESO, junto con nuestra profesora de plástica y ciencias y nuestra profesora de inglés, organizamos un taller conjunto sobre el universo. Investigamos acerca del sistema solar, sus planetas, el sol y la luna, agujeros negros, satélites… tanto en inglés, como en español e hicimos verdaderas obras de arte con diferentes materiales. Una vez terminadas, presentamos nuestros proyectos en inglés  al resto de compañeros de clase y finalmente los exhibimos en diferentes rincones del colegio para que los peques y el resto de compañeros y profesores también pudieran disfrutar de ellos.

Aprendimos un montón de cosas y, sobre todo, nos lo pasamos genial descubriendo nuestro universo.
